Refund Policy
This page explains how IPVIZO handles refund requests, cancellations, subscription payments, trials, and service issues.
Please review this Refund Policy before purchasing or renewing an IPVIZO subscription. Refund eligibility may depend on the purchase type, the reason for the request, the time since payment, and the circumstances of the issue.
1. General Refund Policy
We review refund requests individually. Therefore, the outcome may depend on the circumstances of the purchase and the terms that apply to the subscription.
Before completing a payment, please review the service information, supported devices, subscription details, and applicable policies. This helps you choose a service that matches your needs.
However, a refund is not automatically available simply because a customer changes their mind after purchasing a subscription.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may review a refund request when a significant service issue prevents reasonable use of the purchased service. In addition, we may consider a refund when reasonable troubleshooting does not resolve the problem.
Service Issue
We may review a persistent technical problem when it substantially prevents normal use of the purchased service.
Technical Support
Customers may need to follow reasonable troubleshooting steps before we make a refund decision.
Purchase Information
We may need the payment date, subscription type, and relevant purchase information to review the request.
Individual Review
We review each request according to the circumstances of the specific transaction.
3. Situations That May Not Qualify
Some situations may not qualify for a refund. For example, this can include cases where we have successfully delivered the service and the issue does not result from a service failure.
- Changing your mind after purchasing a subscription.
- Not checking device compatibility before purchase.
- Problems caused by an unsupported device or application.
- Problems caused by your internet connection, Wi-Fi network, router, or local equipment.
- Not following the setup or troubleshooting instructions provided by IPVIZO.
- Suspension or termination resulting from a violation of applicable terms or acceptable-use rules.
Internet performance, device compatibility, third-party applications, and local network conditions are outside the direct control of IPVIZO. As a result, these factors may affect playback even when the service operates normally.
4. Free or Trial Access
If IPVIZO offers free or trial access, customers can use it to evaluate device compatibility and the general service experience before purchasing a paid subscription.
Therefore, when a trial is available, we recommend testing the service on your intended device and internet connection before purchasing a longer subscription.
However, trial access does not automatically create a right to a refund for a later paid subscription.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation according to the terms that apply to their subscription.
However, cancellation and refund are not necessarily the same. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically mean that we will refund a payment that has already been made.
If you believe that we processed a payment incorrectly or you experience a significant service problem, please contact IPVIZO as soon as possible.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe that we charged you more than once for the same subscription or processed a payment incorrectly, contact support with the relevant payment information.
We may request transaction details to verify the payment. After verification, we can determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Service Problems
Temporary interruptions can happen because of maintenance, network problems, technical issues, third-party infrastructure, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, please allow reasonable time for troubleshooting and support where applicable.
Troubleshooting Before a Refund Request
Many playback problems can result from the device, application, internet connection, Wi-Fi network, or local configuration. Therefore, checking these factors first can help identify the cause of the problem.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, contact IPVIZO support and provide enough information for us to identify the transaction and understand the issue.
Information to Include
- Your name or customer information linked to the order.
- The relevant subscription or order information.
- The approximate payment date.
- A clear explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Relevant technical information when the request concerns a service problem.
Providing complete information can help us review your request more efficiently. In addition, clear technical details can help us understand service-related problems more quickly.
9. Refund Processing
If we approve a refund, the refund method and processing time may depend on the original payment method and the payment provider involved.
Banks, card networks, payment processors, and other financial institutions may control part of the processing time. Therefore, IPVIZO cannot guarantee the exact date when the funds will appear in your account.
10. Unauthorized Payments
If you believe someone made a payment without your authorization, contact the payment provider and IPVIZO as soon as possible.
We may request additional information to verify the transaction. After that review, we can determine whether further action is appropriate.
11. Changes to This Refund Policy
IPVIZO may update this Refund Policy when necessary. For example, changes may reflect updates to our services, payment procedures, legal requirements, or business practices.
We will publish the updated version on this page. Therefore, customers should review this policy periodically for important changes.
